This 8,000-square foot tenant improvement project in Ramona, San Diego, transforms a former Sears department store into a modern healthcare facility. The design repurposes the space to accommodate dental operatories and an internal medicine program, with central MD stations strategically placed to ensure optimal visibility and efficiency throughout the clinic. This project, the fourth undertaking for North County Health Services, balances functionality with a thoughtful adaptation of the existing structure, providing a seamless blend of form and function tailored to the needs of the rural community.
