This 40,000 SF, two-story OSHPD-3 medical office building integrates comprehensive healthcare services within a cohesive architectural design. Housing both a primary care and FQHC clinic, it includes specialized spaces for dental operatories, behavioral health, and physical therapy. The building also features a senior daycare program with a full kitchen, great room, demo kitchen, and physical therapy hall, all centered around a serene courtyard. The design emphasizes natural light and open spaces, fostering a sense of community and well-being while supporting diverse healthcare needs.
